Keysbond is based in Hong Kong with manufacturing facilities located at Nansha, China. Only an hour by ferry from Hong Kong, the factory is within easy reach with its Hong Kong office. From Shenzhen City center, it takes only 90 minutes by car to reach our plant. The total size of our plant is approximately 182,000 square feet. Individual production lines are operated in four separate buildings. Keysbond has over 2,500 employees working on more than 26 assembly lines with monthly production capacity of more than 1,000,000 units.

The plant is well equipped with highly efficient facilities, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and hot air flow machines, chip bonding machines, drilling and milling machines, heat sealing machines, etc. Stringent maintenance and a statistical process control system are implemented keep the machines at their highest level of efficiency.

Moreover, our plant can perform all normal production functions, such as semi-automatic SMT, plastics injection moulding, paint spraying, silk screening, pad printing, etc. to meet requirements of our customers.

In addition to a sophisticated, highly trained workforce and excellent machines, Keysbond maintains high quality through strict IQC (Incoming Control) assurance system. Only qualified materials will be inputted the production line after careful inspection.
